My baby girl (5 months old) is not speaking or making sounds as earlier. She was laughing more making sounds more before a week. But, nowadays she is playing more, playing with fingers more (like counting). But not smiling or making sounds (like singing ) earlier.
Is this normal in baby's growth or should we go to hospital

Since she is spending more time with toys or more engaged, she is speaking less. Wait for few more months. If this continues, Child needs to be examined thoroughly.
