It's been 1 n half year we are trying for a baby but there is no result so we consulted a doctor .. hv undergone sperm test which resulted 40ml..n the position we hv tried is women on top till now ...pls suggest as we are getting depressed day by day n we are thinking whether we will get baby r not...kindly suggest
