Hello sir My fiance is suffering from level 4 AVN and doctors are suggesting for complete hip replacement. She is just 22 how long she can live with such kind of surgery is it repeatable and life threating after 10-15 years?

She does not have any danger to life because if the surgery but the surgery ie the implants lasts from 15-20 years and require to he changed again. It is a matter of improving quality of life.
