Unable to focus on a single aspect of study, work etc for over 20minutes. I smoke so boredom makes me crave for a cig quite often and that's taking a toll on me. Witnessing similar ADD problems with a lot of aspects in life. Help!

If you are able to write your problems for over more than 10min without a single spelling error and with punctuation as well after the word help! indicates you have good attention. You may lack focus on your career, lack concentration which could be because of underlying depressive illness, anxiety or even some other stressors. I have never prescribed nootropics for ADD. Kindly consult an experienced psychiatrist for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
