Hi , don't lose hope n have patience . Atopic dermatitis is a condition which takes time to complete recovery . Don't change the dr or any  pathy very frequently . Atopic dermetitis is an auto immune disease condition , homoeopathy has good command in treating all immunity based problem . Follow some precautions along with any treatment . Like avoid given preservatives food & juices , citrous & fermented things b'coz it irritates the skin which cause itchy feeling , apply any  moisturizer all over body to reduce dryness of the body which gives slight help in reducing itching.

Have treated cases of atopic dermatitis. Many a times by this age it gets corrected with strong medications and is presented soon as recurrent allergic bronchitis and asthmatic difficulties, which causes more discomfort to child with skipping school. Atopic dermatitis has hereditary factors and requires corrective remedy. Family history and recording of symptoms of the parent who had allergies of some sort is also an important key for the treatment.
