Asthma Gerd post nasal drip
I have too much phlegm in my throat in the morning. I get shortness of breath as I have asthma and then I take nebulisation.to solve this problem I deliberately stick my finger down my throat and vomit.this clears my throat but infection in esophagus because of this acid gets inside the throat lining eating problems feels like something is stuck in my throat after eating.please help

You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Also your GERD AND allergic rhinitis needs to be addressed. Consult a pulmonologist allergist for the same.
