Is it possible to expel the excess mucous secreted into the airways due to an asthma flare up? If so, how?
I wake up almost every morning at any hour due to an asthma flare up. Rest of the day goes just fine but it's mostly only during my sleep that I get a flare up which is weird because If I ever sleep or nap in the same bed during the day, I don't get any flare ups.
What are the possible factors leading to my asthma flare up particularly when I'm sleeping at night?
