Asking to eat some medicines in periods

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am going under a treatment of enlarged liver and in between I got my periods, but I'm taking my medicines (which I've attached here) in periods as well. But I observed that my flow has been stopped. So can you please suggest if I should take these medicines in periods as well or not. Please give me a suggestion.
