Ascites fluid in stomach

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My wife is ascites patient last 3 months. Liv er, kidney, heart & stomach is normal & there is no intestional tb , cancer & hepatitis c. All reports are normal. There no root cause found of ascites fluid can generate. Only total protein is low in LFT. Please tell us what will be the next test is required to find out the root cause or problem.
