No no you wont just take it in a simple way that is:
Ars alb 30-
1) 6 pills in the morning before food , nothing in afternoon or night. This continue for next two days.
2) Dont take any other medicine along with this.

As you have taken two types of medicine it is difficult to say which one caused it.
Arsenic may produce such symptoms if you are idiosyncratic (hypersensitive).
But it should be harmless and may even benefit if does not last too long.

This has been a routine question. if you have taken it more than 2 times a day or for more than 3 days, then only you will experience those symptoms. They might also be due to kadha, coz when made strong or overboiled, it leads to gastric irritation.

Yes it may cause Diarrhœa if u take it without proper selection of medicine . So plz not take without proper case taking by good homoeopath who practice classical homoeopathy ,not rely on composition medicine.

Unless you are extremely sensitive the medicine is not going to cause any trouble. However Ministry of AYUSH recommended Ars. album 30/1dose/3days only in a month.
