Arm(at biceps) severe fracture(break)
I met with a accident on 5th dec 2016 because of which my right arm brok, its over 14months now, i visited doctor on 1st march He said its perfect now, have confidence and do things, but i can still feel the pain. before the recent visit also he said the same. I M feeling like i m just wasting money. Can u please suggest something good

You need a good rehabilitation to increase your muscle strength, co-ordination, range of motion and to decrease pain.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +some strengthening+stretching exercises will be helpful.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no weight lifting +no manual exertions +no side lying on same shoulder.

U need post plaster physiotherapy treatment as prolonged immobilisation leads to atrophy of your muscles of affected region...So just get mobilization and strengthening protocol for few sessions frm physio and u will regain your mobility

Hi... You would require a good rehabilitation following the fracture ....as suggested kindly meet a good Physio asap..
