Anxiety without intrusive thoughts
I don't have intrusive thoughts (OCD) now but I'm still feeling and having anxiety coming up physically. Why is that happening?

Hi Your physical anxiety could be an anticipatory anxiety for ocd thoughts or may be different kind of obsession or different anxiety disorder. Detailed evaluation is needed to decide whether you will need medicines or only psychotherapy can help.
