Anxiety treatment
I'm a  anxiety patient since 6 years..5 years I used aiims doc medicine and from 1 year I used aayurvedic .In meanwhile I feel benifit but now my problem comes again in same manner.. Ghabrahat, baichani,ghutan,heart beat fast and unable to see cleanly from eyes and unable to think clears also..What I do...?? I'm unable to do my daily routine works also..Fed up with this life
