Hey, I see that you are taking care of your body well at least in your water consumption. I also see that you are keen on maintaining health which is being affected due to your anxiousness. Small things affect us in a great way when they act as a trigger to a great amount of fears & insecurities which are already residing within us. Question now is how did they end up there..?? Who let them live there..?? Who else but you and you are the one who can remove them as well. If you are holding back fears & insecurities so far, you haven't recognized your own capacity & strength yet which would aid you letting what you do not want, go. From today start noticing the emotions you feel & thoughts you get whenever something makes you anxious. Write it down. Every day put in some efforts to find one thing that you like about your self. Write that down as well. Anxieties & fears are not to be quietened or suppressed but to be listened to, understood and conquered by learning through them. Once you understand your fears better, you are on your way to master them. If it continues after a month, visit a psychologist who would aid you in the process. Take Care.
