Anxiety related issues

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Im diabetic but well managed , sugar levels are normal. I had NCC in the brain but the cyst is calcified. REcently i have been experiencing some symptoms like neck and head become heavy, arms become restless during night, chill on the back on my neck. what do you think is the cause of this ?

Monitor your Blood sugar 5 times a day for once or twice in a month. Fasting, Pre Lunch, Post Lunch 2 hour, Pre Dinner, Post Dinner 2 hour. By Glucometer. If out of range consult your treating physician. Vit b12 & vit D supplement.
