Anxiety issue
I have extreme anxiety issue and panic attacks i can't control my overthinking tht now i evn start experiencing chest pain and left arm pain or muscle twitching ..tingling .. am i goin to die soon with heart attack or sumthing .. wt to do .. kindly suggest something..

Hello, All your symptoms are suggestive of anxiety disorder. Worries about future misfortunes, difficulty in concentrating, restlessness, trembling, inability to relax, sweating, increased heart beat, dry mouth, etc can be present in anxiety disorder. Panic attacks in which you feel everything is going to end is present in about 25% of people having anxiety disorder. The most effective treatment is probably one that combines medicine, psychotherapy and supportive approaches.

Hi First of all it be assured it's anxiety and anxiety causes panic and symptoms like chest pain and extreme restlessness palpitations that it mimics symptom of heart attack but relax it no life threatening condition it's anxiety which is as common as cold and flu in psychiatry Treatment through medicine and also psychotherapy is available. Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
