Hello. It is difficult to be in the state of anxiety, I can imagine what you must be going through. I appreciate the fact that you are working on the same and giving your best. It seems that there are lot of feelings within you that you are unable to express and dealing with on your own. Thoughts can carry weight, whether they might be positive or negative, if these thoughts are not dealt well, especially negative ones they can accumulate and increase the  heaviness in yourself.
Next Steps
It is very important to share your feelings and thoughts so that negative feelings do not make you feel heavy. Sharing your thoughts and feelings will help you to understand the reason for the anxiety and more about yourself.
Health Tips
You can continue with the medication, at the same time you can consult a therapist too to deal with your feelings.

Dear client Your narrative shows your anxiety. The psychiatrist must have examined and diagnosed you accurate and I agree with the choice of medicine. You have to give some time for the treatment to take effect. Think of side effects afterwards.
Next Steps
You can take CBT along with the medicine. It will help to retain the improvement caused  by medicine.
Health Tips
As per your profile you are obese so you need to follow exercise and diet as well as meditation.

Anxiety disorder requires both medication and cbt if it is severe. Discuss the medication side effects with doctor and not with google! If you take treatment as prescribed you will get better. All the best
