Hello, Anxiety increases your overall sympathetic tone and leads to tachycardia that is high heart rate. This high heart rate and high sympathetic activity causes long term damage to your heart but no acute damage. Your parameters look normal. You need to overcome anxiety by regular exercise, meditation etc lifestyle changes. If it does not help then I suggest you consult a psychiatrist Take care

Hi sir, Anxiety will increase the heart rate and it will give the sensation of palpitations and chest discomfort. But you need some blood investigation like thyroid test and a consultation to rule out any other clinical problems.
