I just want to know who is the best person to consult about these conditions. I was previously diagnosed with anxiety. I was hospitalised multiple times for trying to kill myself. Recently, I have been feeling down and I have these suicidal thoughts again. I wasn't prescribed any medications back then.

Hello. First and foremost, you need to consult a psychiatrist if you’ve been having suicidal thoughts lately. They might prescribe you medications that will help you to manage anxiety and low mood at least up to a tolerable level. Consult a psychotherapist for not just overall management of these distressing thoughts and mood states, but for also to understand yourself better in the light of your past experiences and how you see yourself as a person currently, in addition to how you envision yourself to be in future. Your distress level seems to be quite high and it’s important to seek support from all available sources at this time. Friends and family you can trust can be a source of great strength and comfort.
Hope this helps. For any urgent needs, you can always contact professionals on Practo for a consult.
