Anxiety and stomach pain
I am suffering from anxiety and stomach pain! My doctor told tht anxiety is causing stomach pain! And also all the reports are normal! But everyday i am experiencing stomach pain! Can that happen? Can anxiety cause everyday stomach pain?

Yes its possible. Anxiety causes release of stress hormones which causes the stomach to produce extra levels of acid. That acidity causes the lining of the esophagus to become irritated, and this can lead to stomach pain. In some cases even nausea and vomiting, and in severe cases, stress-induced ulcers.
Further some patients have anxiety related IBS where abdominal distention and pain are common symptoms.
