Losing your job ( suddenly or otherwise) is a stress inducing reality..feeling anxious regarding the future is a normal response but if it has started causing functional imapirment( as in your case) then the anxiety becomes pathological..the first step would be acceptance of your current reality and the next would be setting realistic goals for the future..you could use some help in the form of counselling along with some low dose medication for a short period to help you with an all- round recovery..

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
