Anxiety and Panic attacks
I've been experiencing it in 2 years. Anxiety cause me to vomit and sometimes shortness of breath. Common triggers when I am going to a date with my boyfriend or even during eat-outs. For that reason, i can't eat well or skip meals. I thought this is due to my Gastritis diagnosed in the past but right now, i think it only occurs when i am stressed, worried and pressured. Currently, my bf is now planning for a trip and I am so uneasy about it. I know i should not feel anxious but i dont know why it creeps me out. But I know I want to be with him. Please help.
