Anus , urine burning. Please advise!

Details as below I have been facing the issue of burning sensation in anus and penis more than a month. Tried changing the diet and sleeping habits but nothing is working. Went to GP he tested for diabetes and bloodtest and ultrasound scan. Diabetes is in starting stage other than that abdomen US scan is normal even prostate is normal in size and mass. Also i have reduced some weight 7 kg in 6 months which i have not tried. But doctor said seeing all the reports weight reducing is not alarming in my case may be bcoz of diabetes. Now the weight is constant i am observing for a month, Appetite is also good. But this burning sensation is not going away. Sometimes in penis and sometimes in anus. Hot burning feeling and urination at nights. Color of urnine is sometimes yellow but most times is normal. Please advise
