Anti TPA of wife is 386 and TSH is 7.2
My wife is of 43 years old. She had not any periods since 22nd November 2022. She was taking thyroid medicines of 82.5 value since 5 months and her thyroid test results are as follows- FT3- 2.67 FT4-1.04 TSH- 7.2 Anti TPA- 386 Anti TG <1.3 Please help us and guide for right course of action

If she has been on the same dose for 3 months,then dose needs to be increased as  TSH is still high.
