Since you completed a full course of Anti-Rabies Vaccine (ARV) last year, you are considered previously immunized. • In case of re-exposure (dog bite), only two booster doses are required — on Day 0 and Day 3 (known as the “2-dose regimen”). • You have already taken doses on Day 0, 3, and 7. That is more than sufficient. • You do not need any additional doses (like Day 14 or Day 28). Also, as your pet dog is healthy and alive weeks after the bite, that further lowers the risk.
