Normal day to day life is not affected at all .....u can eat normal healthy food . Only few precautions are needed like not opening staples  from front teeth , bitting on very hard food items ...like apple , guava  open shell of dry fruits etc etc but if u want good esthetics these precautions are very easy to follow
Next Steps
get OPG done ....meet some good dentist and go for the treatment

E Max restorations are a great option for anterior restorations provided your occlusion is conducive to it. Biting directly into very hard food is anyway contraindicated with anterior restorations

I’m afraid u can’t use them like natural teeth. U have to follow the restrictions.. but the good part is front teeth aren’t meant for chewing. So the major brunt is bore by the back teeth.

Hi.you can bite and chew normal foods its better to avoid biting hard foods using your front teeth. So that your crowns will last longer.better to go for zirconia crowns for anterior teeth because it will resemble more like your natural teeth and have better strength for your biting forces.
Next Steps
consult a dentist and check with an xray so that if you have any deeper infection you have to go for RCT initially and then you have to go for crowns later.

Dear Mam, No matter which crown you select you will have to take certain precautions and accept certain restrictions cause it’s your anterior teeth. Same applies to emax crowns. They look natural but reality is they are crowns!!! We advise patients to not bite or incise on the front capped teeth cause even a small or minor chipping or crack looks absolutely horrible for obvious reasons !! No correction is possible on crowns once they are cemented . We have to remove and replace. Hence precaution is better than cure !
Health Tips
Front teeth are Ben if natural are generally not used for eating . Food is always eaten on back teeth. Yes the only normal function you will be missing out on is incising on your front teeth , that is biting on food like pizzas. Please cut them into small pieces and eat them on back teeth !

Mechanics or principles of biting forces are different in front teeth when compared to your back teeth. Any crowns that are placed are at risk of dislodgement when excessive shearing forces are applied. So any type or quality of crown will be at risk of dislodgement, if you still bite from front teeth.
