Anterior fontanelle seems to be closed
My 5 month baby's anterior fontanelle seems to be closed but his head circumference is as per age. His head is round and all other activity is normal.I have heard it takes around 14 months for closure. Is it normal for some baby for early closure?

It should not close so early. Show to your pediatrician, he will examine properly.. In some baby outer tablet seems fused but inner tablet is open. Plan: monthly head circumference should be measured, if it is growing as per charts, nothing to worry.
Next Steps
watch  for other signs brain development. if baby is growing well and head size also growing normal, nothing to worry. but whenever in doubt, show to nearby pediatrician
