Anterior cruciate ligament injury
Sir, from mri reports i found that my acl is completely teared.but there is no swollen.no pain.even when i am running there is no pain.pain will come only when i will suddenly twist my leg

Pain with twisting  the leg is probably from instability because ACL is torn. The standard treatment for instability  from ACL tear is arthroscopic  ACL reconstruction
