First of all u hav to avoid constipation by taking lots of fibres in ur diet.. Then you go for medical treatment. Cremagel ointment (diltiazem 2.0%) to be applied sometime befor going for passing stools n after passing stools go for sitz bath that is sitting in hot water for 15 mins. Do it regularly everytime u pass stools Hopefully it will work Then we have surgical techniques as well Fissurectomy..these procedures are painless these days

It is mentioned that anal fissure is there but it further history regarding the condition is needed for example chronic constipation could lead to anal fissures and anal tags in which treating constipation will reduce levels of anal fissure
