Ankle to toes pain
I'm facing pain in ankle heel feet and toes from last 1 month feeling very low can't stand for long time

You need to elaborate your problem on 1. Your weight 2. Nutrition status, thin moderate or heavy build ? 3. H/o Diabetes any other disease? 4. Any change in footwear, use of heels. 5. Cracks in heel /foot ? 6. Swelling ?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use a pillow under the feet. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel Dr NC Gupta Yoga Simplified). If there is no history of fall or trauma try wearing soft foot wear even in the house use some kind of soft footwear and don’t wear heels or hard slippers You can try warm water fomentation by pouring water in a tub and keeping feet soaked in it for ten mins in the morning and ten mins at night Try applying a pain killer gel like volini or volitra gel lightly Don’t do massage
