I suffered ankle sprain injury one week ago while playing badminton, the major pain has gone but minor pains while running or jumping is still there in particular areas. Please help to counter the pain

If there is no boney injury, then use a elastic anklet for 3-4 wk.
Avoid walking on uneven surfaces.
Avoid painful acts.
Do foot & ankle exercises.

Ankle sprain has to be graded clinically by examining your ankle..The treatment depends on the severity of your sprain..Pain is an indication of instability..
Kindly get yourself examined clinically by an orthopedic surgeon for further management..
