If there is no boney injury, then use a elastic anklet for 3-4 wk. Avoid walking on uneven surfaces. Avoid painful acts. Do foot & ankle exercises. You may visit my YouTube channel 'drncgupta' and see 'me and my yoga'.  First few exercises are for foot and ankles only. Kindly subscribe to the channel for continuous guidance.

Ankle sprain has to be graded clinically by examining your ankle..The treatment depends on the severity of your sprain..Pain is an indication of instability.. Kindly get yourself examined clinically by an orthopedic surgeon for further management..
