Ankle sprain
I sprained my ankle while running 24 hours back leading to pain and swelling. My orthopedic doctor hasn't suggested xray as it seemed to be a ligament injury. He has given dose of Inflaguard D, Defcort 6 and Multi Vitamins (apart from RICE therapy for a week). I am wondering if I should take or avoid Defcort 6 as I read it contains steroids. Please advise.
