Ankle pain
My Son has been having ankle pain for a week now. He hasn't injured himself or been in sports that could've caused the pain. Please advise Thanks Anand

If he hasn't injured himself then needs to be evaluated on what has caused the pain by examining him Sometimes wrong sitting, standing postures or decreased arches of the feet can cause it too

HELLO  firstly check is there in swelling and where. Start doing icing where he has pain it will help him to reduce pain n swelling. Apply crepe bandage for support. Consult any physio.

Take him to an orthopedic to rule out why he is suffering from ankle pains without any injury.
