Helloo, as per my opinion u hv 1st stage tendinitis , so do contrast bath 2 times in a day for 17 min.that is 2 min u r foot in hot water n 1 min in normal cold water till below knee. Avoid long hrs standing. Do ankle n knee strengthening exs n ankle stretches. Use sports shoes with extra insoles.do ultrasound treatment n exs in physiotherapy clinic. Tk care.
