No never... if u have pain First cure it than walk or run.. consult nr by orthopedic .correct ur shoes..medicine n Physiotherapy both will helps u more.. now u can apply ice for 20 mints..if possible apply creap bandage or wear Sports shocks. u can also apply any analgesic cream or oinments.. thanx
