Ankle fracture
My cast was removed on 2 Dec but it is still painfull in walking. I walk 2-3 kms daily in order to commute to my office but there is slight pain which is not going. Its been 2 months since my cast was removed. Shall i consider visiting a doctor. I am in Norway and temperature here falls around -7 ℃. Is the pain due to cold weather ?

Pain after removal of the cast is usually due to stiffness of the ankle joint. You may have pain initially but it should subside with time. You need to visit the doc if pain is persistently the same or increasing in intensity. Cold weather aggravates pain as it inhibits blood circulation.
Next Steps
Use warm soaks to improve blood circulation to the ankle region. It's best to do your ankle exercises right after this.
Health Tips
Use over the counter medicines to stay on top of pain.

Better consult a physiotherapists nearby to you. Can you do full ankle movements? You need to do strengthening for foot and ankle. This can be taught by a physiotherapists.     You put your feet in hot water for twenty minutes. If within this period water gets cold you can replace it with hot water. Do it two times a day.

Thankfully at that -7 degrees your foot is not getting swollen. And yes a bit of stretching after your shower would ease out the range of motion of the joint which in turn will decrease the pain in ankle. And some strengthening too
Next Steps
Range of motion / stretching exercises will include stretching your foot up and down ( plantiflexion and dorsiflexion) left and right (eversion and inversion ) and holding it for 10 seconds and then releasing and resting for 3 seconds. As far as strengthening exercises goes you already are doing that which is walking.
