There is a pain in foot, even in the chest pain. Took all x ray and ecg for chest pain. But there's no relief from pain.
In the morning I can't walk for a while because of foot pain.

Standing calf stretch
Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

It'can be planter fascitis.Visit physiotherapy center take treatment ULTRA SOUND. Learn exercise like calf stretching some proprioception exercise. Observe your posture during standing give equall body weight in foot.If you are doing any running jumping or treadmill exercise or any sports activity than stop it now.

Avoid bare foot walking.Use soft heel sleeper or mcr sleeper. Do contrast bath deep foot in warm water for 3mins n than cold water for 1 min repeat same procedure 5-6 times 2 times in a day. Any query than u can revert back to me.
