As per the report two vessels need angioplasty LCx and RCA However a final decision will be given once a cardiologist has a look at the CD Dr Ashish Srivastava General Physician and Clinical Cardiologist

Hi. The best way to judge the further management (bypass or angioplasty) would be to see the angiography CD because these percentages are very subjective (for eg. the 60% may be reported by other doctor as 50% or 70%). But from the report that you have given, I can say: 1. The vessels must be opened (the RCA and LCX). LAD will have to be reassessed. 2. Angioplasty seems to be a better option as it has less risk involved than bypass and technically seems to be possible in your case. Hope this helps. Dr Chandrashekhar Munjewar www.thefitheart.in

It's a triple vessel disease. Going by the description both options are there. He can undergo multivessel angioplasty (PTCA) or CABG(Bypass surgery). If angiogram CD is available or atleast the angio pictures are available decision will b easy .For LAD he needs FFR (fractional flow reserve) to assess the criticality hemodynamic wise . If FFR is negative then he will need 2 stents or else 3
