Angioplasty and Lvef
Hello, My brother in law(41 years) had an angioplasty 5 years back that time her LVef was 35%. Recently got his Echo done and it showed  LVef 32%. I want to know does the LVef decreases overtime and does that mean there is a possibility of heart attack again? If yes then what is the procedure of improving it.? Please help. Thanks in advance.

35% to 32% may not be a very serious issue. Has his symptoms increased. Is he having persistent chest pain? Is he on regular medications?
