  4. Angiolipoma. Made remedy for the same?

Angiolipoma.
I am experiencing severe pain caused due to a painful skin lump of diameter 2.5 cm of the usual skin colour located at the start of my thighs, besides my left testicle. Is there any home made remedy for the same? It is not feasible for me to get a surgery done.
