I and my wife have been married for 2 years and we are not able to do baby despite trying to have a baby.  After showing the doctor, all the reports of the wife have come positive and my semen test has been done by the doctor, which is attached.  Look at my reports and tell if everything is normal or there is a problem. Your semen report is normal. You say all the reports of wife are normal. What reports she has done. Check if all of the following are done or something missing. Blood Hb TC DC, TSH, SUGAR PP, PROLACTIN ULTRASOUND PELVIS AND HSG X-RAY. If you want you can go for paid consultanion for online prescription. But first complete the above tests if not done.
