  4. Anal itching. Doesn't seems any effect.

Anal itching
Burning and anal itching continuously which increases very much when it weather is humid. I have appied fusiwal B cream but it doesn't seems any effect.

It could be fungal infection. Make sure that you wear cotton undergarments, preferably jockeys ( trunks ) type, rather than brief type. See a near by Skin Specialist
