Sir I have suffering from anal fistula for the last one year . Earlier I was doing treatment for fissure however I told doctor I have some sore type on my anal opening and um getting irritation and pus as well as bleeding with stool. Then he told me that is fistula and you have to go for surgery. I am now confused where it is necessary to go for surgery and what are the chances for success. Is there any alternative for surgery . I am worried. Kindly suggest me
