In view of your pregnancy
1. Warm water tub bath sitting for 5 mts thrice daily
2. Lignox jelly is a surface anaesthetic agent. Better would be Anobliss. Neficaine oe Escot creams which help in relaxing sphincters and healing.
3. Motions must be soft use syp Diphalac 20 ml at bedtime
