I have been having anal fissures and painful motions External fissures I am 6 months pregnant Can i use lignox f gel?

In view of your pregnancy 1. Warm water tub bath sitting for 5 mts thrice daily 2. Lignox jelly is a surface anaesthetic agent. Better would be Anobliss. Neficaine oe Escot creams which help in relaxing sphincters and healing. 3. Motions must be soft use syp Diphalac 20 ml at bedtime
