Anal fissure
Yesterday morning I detected blood after bowel movement. But, there's no internal pain. But, my anal skin pained a lot while discharging. Could it be anal fissure? If so, I want to cure it through homeopathic means.

Firstly we will make it to the point that it is an anal fissure or not; please note down ur bowel habits- is it constipated, hard ? while passing there will be pain or burning sensation? and most of the time it will be unsatisfactory passage ( which means u still feel heaviness n abdomen and bowel not cleared fully) wthr itching is present?? Just not all the above answers and see wthr it  Is troubling you frequently_ then you are advised to take medical care .if not, there's no medications needed.you are advised to regulate your dietary habits.
Next Steps
Please note your bowel for tomorrow, and if there's bleeding present accompanying with itching and burning, then it is advisable to take medicine. Generally, we prescribe Nit-ac., Aesc., Ratanhia. To arrive at a specific medicine for your case, it is important to take your full case history, I would recommend you to consult your nearest homoeopathy doctor.
Health Tips
Most importantly, anal fissure can be corrected through dietary management itself : by including fibrous foods into your diet & consume plenty of water ,eat plenty of vegetables and fruits(fresh) avoid foods which are difficult to digest easily like highly rich food, spicy food etc.
