Anal fissure n pain

Hii dr..iam suffering with anal fissure.i consulted surgeon 2 weeks back.he prescribed some medicine pan40 and pilorute cream.when I eat fruits and vegetables..not hurting me that much but when I eat rice r curd hurts me more and also some times I'm feeling loss of appetite and abdominal pain(mild). If I eat some spicy food anal fissure multiplies and hurts me much.daily 4 r 5 bowl movements going.plz give me suggestions sir..

Hi.... Drink adequate fluids. Fluids help prevent constipation. Exercise regularly. Engage in 30 minutes or more of moderate physical activity, such as walking, most days of the week. Exercise promotes regular bowel movements and increases blood flow to all parts of your body, which may promote healing of an anal fissure. Avoid straining during bowel movements. Straining creates pressure, which can open a healing tear or cause a new tear....
