Your recurrent anal fissure is due to a weak scar tissue that forms and gets torn every time you have hard stools. It can also be associated with itching and burning. A long standing anal fissure should ideally be treated by surgery, to achieve best results. This is formally decided after meeting a proctologist/general surgeon, and getting a thorough examination.
