Anal Fissure
Dear Sir,
I had piles earlier which I got treated 5 years ago but now I have fissure what gives me a lot of pain sometimes.
I am thinking of Laser Surgery in October due to money problem & then the weather will be nice for surgery But now i am suffering pain so please suggest a best medicine for relief.
