Zerodol S taken empty stomach

I had  uric acid pain on my toe finger and took zerodol S last night at 1am and it was empty stomach as I had Mt dinner at 7pm... 4am I woke up hungry and slept... and today I have kind of burning sensation in stomach... I had gelusil and no relief . Anything serious ? What to do ? Stomach irritation and burning is there

Zerodol belongs to NSAID group ,not to be taken in empty stomach due to its adverse effects on the stomach.Take pantoprazol 40 mg and continue with gelucil ,for the pain you can use meva 200 mg twice daily for few days.
