From few days I observe yellow urine when I go to loo. When I drink lots of water and pass urine, color is generally ok but when I wake up in the morning, urine is generally yellow in color. Is this is normal or anything to be worried about? I'm currently have issues with my nose getting blocked frequently and breathe via mouth. Is this is causing dehydration and leading to yellow Urine?
